Galeria Camera Work świętuje swoje 15-lecie. Założona w roku 1997 zorganizowała do tej pory 100 wystaw, podczas których pokazanych zostało ponad 5000 prac - jest to bez wątpienia dorobek budzący szacunek. Wśród autorów były prawdziwe ikony z historii fotografii, byli bardzo znani artyści, a także nazwiska, które zaistniały w świecie właśnie dzięki współpracy z tą jedną z najbardziej wpływowych galerii fotografii w Europie.

Jubileuszowa ekspozycja to ponad 100 prac takich między innymi autorów jak Richard Avedon, Horst P. Horst, Helmut Newton, Irving Penn, Man Ray, Herb Ritts, Jeanloup Sieff, Albert Watson, Steve Schapiro, David Drebin, Jean-Baptiste Huynh, Russell James, Robert Polidori, Martin Schoeller, Nick Brandt, Thomas Billhardt, Thomas Hoepker, Robert Lebeck, Ralph Mecke, Paolo Roversi, Will McBride, Susanne Schapowalow, Lukas Roth, Tina Berning & Michelangelo Di Battista. Wystawa, własnej kurateli, jest przy okazji bardzo dobrym przykładem, jak na stosunkowo niewielkiej powierzchni można dobrze pokazać wiele fotografii. I to fotografii znaczących, a na dodatek bardzo się od siebie różniących.

The Camera Work Gallery is celebrating its 15th anniversary. Founded in 1997, has so far organised 100 exhibitions, in which more than 5,000 works were shown - it is doubtlessly a respectable achievement. Among the authors were true icons from the history of photography, there were very well-known artists, as well as names that started to exist in the world thanks to the cooperation with one of the most influential photography galleries in Europe.

The jubilee exhibition offers over 100 works of such authors as Richard Avedon, Horst P. The exhibition, curated by the gallery itself, is by the way also a very good example of how well a lot of photographs can be presented in a relatively small space. The photographs are in addition all of great importance and very different from each other.
